In copilarie a suferit o tragedie ce l-a facut sa uite tot trecutul sau, dar din cand in cand mai are flashbacks. Partea cea mai importanta e ca a uitat ca se indragostise de Yuka, o verisoara a lui foarte indepartata, si care a avut grija de el dupa accident, si il viziteaza constant. Kouta se decide sa o apere pe Nyu de politia care o cauta, si de tot ce se mai intampla, dar fara sa stie identitatea ei.
